Is there a storefront I can visit?

No. Bristol Roadside is a mobile service-area business. Customers are served at their vehicle locations.

Do I need a roadside membership?

Can you unlock every vehicle?

What if a child or pet is locked inside?

If a child, pet, or vulnerable person is locked inside a vehicle, or if anyone is in immediate danger, call 911 first.

Can you change a tire without a spare?

No. Tire-change service requires the customer to have a usable spare tire. Bristol Roadside does not patch, repair, sell, or replace tires.

What if I do not have my wheel-lock key?

If your wheel requires a wheel-lock key, that key must be present. Missing, damaged, seized, or unsafe equipment may prevent completion.

Will a jump start always start my car?

No. A jump start may help with a weak 12-volt battery, but mechanical, electrical, starter, alternator, battery, fuel, or other problems can prevent the vehicle from starting.

Do you diagnose alternators, starters, or mechanical failures?

Bristol Roadside provides roadside jump-start assistance, not advanced diagnostics or mechanical repair.

Do you deliver diesel and gasoline?

Call or text with your vehicle and correct fuel type. Fuel terms and total price are confirmed before dispatch.

How quickly can you arrive?
